Founded by Lisa Mandic, Equip Learning is proudly NZ owned and operated — even if Lisa did arrive here via Australia. 🦘
Lisa’s consulting and training work through Activate Management spanned nearly 20 years. Equip Learning was established in 2021 to give the learning and development side of that work its own dedicated focus and identity.
The wider Equip team brings deep experience across Aotearoa and a comprehensive understanding of what makes NZ workplaces tick.

We had identified that our managers needed training as we were having issues with delegation of work, team engagement and core leadership skills such as emotional intelligence. I reached out to Lisa as I had previously attended a course that was facilitated by her and had really enjoyed her training style and hands on approach.
