Equip Greenhouse™ might be for you if…

The Equip Greenhouse™ is for people in any organisation. Whether you’re a previous Equip client, someone who’s heard about us, or simply someone looking for a fun, collaborative learning community, you’re welcome here.
Not just content.
A cultivated learning environment.
Think of a real greenhouse. It doesn’t force plants to grow — it creates the conditions where growth happens naturally. Nourishing environment. Required nutrients. Consistent care. Good structure. A community of different plants, all benefiting from the optimum conditions.
Our Equip Greenhouse™ works the same way.
We’ve created the structure, support, and systems where your professional capabilities can genuinely flourish — not just during a one-off workshop, but over time, in relationship, with practice.
Our Greenhouse is a living learning environment, actively tended by humans who care :-).

From over 30 years of facilitating learning, change and growth, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to create the conditions where people flourish. The Equip Greenhouse™ is my dream — a community where we learn, grow and flourish together.
Lisa Mandic, Founder & Head Gardener
How we create the conditions for flourishing

What Professional Development (PD) does $2,000 actually buy you?
One two-day course in New Zealand typically costs $1,500–$2,500 per person. You learn a lot in two days — but then you go back to work, and the support stops. And often, so does the application of what was covered in the course.
An annual Individual Equip Greenhouse™ membership costs similar. Here’s what you get instead:
| What you receive | 1 x two day workshop | Annual Equip Greenhouse™ membership |
|---|---|---|
| Facilitated learning hours | ∼14 hours | 48 hrs (12 x 4hr courses) |
| Facilitator support after the course (Q&A sessions) | None | 46 hrs (46 x weekly Q&A sessions) |
| Additional practice sessions | None | 12 hrs (12 x monthly sessions) |
| Self-directed learning resources | Workbook only | Full Knowledge Base (ongoing) |
| Peer learning community | None | Year-round community (ongoing) |
| Discounts on other L&D services | None | 10–15% off all other Equip services |

| Your investment | $1,500 – $2,500 | $2,150 |
Prices exclude GST
For the price of one workshop, you get a year of learning, practice, community and support.
Your training spend has never worked this hard :-)
A more cost-effective way to develop your team
A 1 day in-house course in New Zealand typically costs $3,500-$4,500. You can learn a lot in a day, but then you go back to work and the support stops and you’re busy catching up from a full day away from work. Often the insights and learnings never make it back to everyday work.
A Greenhouse™ Managed Team membership costs significantly less and delivers much more.
| What you receive | 1 day inhouse workshop | Monthly Equip Greenhouse™ membership |
|---|---|---|
| Facilitated learning hours | ∼6.5 hours | 4 hrs (1 x 4hr or 2 x 2hr workshops) |
| Facilitator coaching support – can be individual or group coaching, Q&A session or additional practice session | None | 1.5 hrs |
| Additional resources | Workbook only | 2 x 15min self-directed micro learning sessions plus full access to Knowledge Base of learning resources |
| HR/L&D/Manager partnership | None or one-off | Learning pathway design, monthly reporting, quarterly reviews, plus full visibility into content and team progress |
| Facilitated team collaboration – cohort-based learning, shared frameworks and language, team practice sessions | One day together | Team cohort learns together throughout the month – supporting and holding each other accountable (workshops, microlearning, Q&A, practice sessions) |
| Discounts on other L&D services | None | 10–15% off all other Equip services |
| Total learning hours | ∼ 6.5 hours | 6+ hours |
| Your investment | $3,500 – $4,500 | $2,495 |
