Our Mission

We help people and organisations flourish

We help create the conditions where people and organisations flourish. We meet people where they are and equip them for the impact they want to have in their roles — by growing workplace clarity, competency and collaboration.

We work in partnership, tailoring learning conditions and content to your people, your context and your goals. We believe learning is most powerful when it’s practical, relational and relevant to the work people do.

We love seeing people have the impact they want to have — for them, their team, their customers and their organisation.

Some might call that flourishing. We do.

Our Values.

These aren’t just words on a wall. They’re what guides every partnership, every programme, every conversation.

Respect

We value ourselves, each other, our work and our world — and it shows in how we engage with everyone we work with.

Learning

We love learning. It’s how we grow, how we help others grow, and honestly, it’s just an excellent way to spend a day.

Autonomy

People are capable of making great choices and owning their responsibilities — our role is to equip them to do exactly that.

Partnership

Partnership isn’t just how we work with clients — it’s how we believe all good work happens. Alongside each other, with mutual respect and shared responsibility.

Collaboration

No-one can do or know everything. We achieve more together, and we’re stronger for it.

Harmony

Our differences, when valued and well-combined, create something better than any of us could alone.

Balance

Getting the mix right matters. Sustainable success comes from balance, not from any single element in excess.

Integrity

Integrity is about wholeness and integration — all the parts acknowledged, connected and working together. The strength of any whole depends on how well its parts connect and combine — whether that’s a person, a team, an organisation or a community.

Do you share our values?

If so, let’s talk :-)   We’d love to explore how we could work together.

NZ owned and operated.

Founded by Lisa Mandic, Equip Learning is proudly NZ owned and operated — even if Lisa did arrive here via Australia. 🦘

Lisa’s consulting and training work through Activate Management spanned nearly 20 years. Equip Learning was established in 2021 to give the learning and development side of that work its own dedicated focus and identity.

The wider Equip team brings deep experience across Aotearoa and a comprehensive understanding of what makes NZ workplaces tick.

Our Clients.

Lisa and the Equip team have worked with a wide range of organisations across Aotearoa over nearly 30 years — through both Activate Management and Equip Learning. Here are some of the wonderful organisations we’ve had the pleasure of working with along the way:
