We had identified that our managers needed training as we were having issues with delegation of work, team engagement and core leadership skills such as emotional intelligence. I reached out to Lisa as I had previously attended a course that was facilitated by her and had really enjoyed her training style and hands on approach. Lisa Mandic

Management consultant and learning specialist

Founder and Director of Equip (and Activate Management Limited), Lisa has over 25 years facilitating and consulting experience in NZ and 35 years business experience throughout Australasia.

Her passion for people development led her to establish Equip in 2021 when she saw a gap in the market for this unique style of learning. Lisa’s style is practical and fun. She focusses on understanding the uniqueness of each person and organisation she works with and enjoys helping people succeed.

Dipika Chandra

She is also certified as an mBIT Coach (multiple intelligences – Neuro-science) and Inner World Coach.
